I like the customization options and ability to track my order. Finding promotion codes within the app isn't very intuitive, though. The staff have been extremely polite and professional. When they realized they were out of an item I ordered, they promptly called me to ask if I'd like a refund or something else. I ordered delivery to the wrong building once. I sent an e-mail explaining the situation. They quickly responded (via e-mail) and delivered to the building I needed.

The app and website look professional, but there is an issue when trying to make an order as there's no cart that lets you see what you're ordering and no way to edit it either. You also can't choose a drink by clicking on it. The setup is quite complicated and confusing. Please fix this.

When it actually notifies you they will be delivering and orders are now open, then it works great. There is a bad recurring issue with the notification not working which essentially means it won't take your order or deliver to you. They have yet to correct it despite their comment on here (August 31st 2023) stating that they've improved it.

There's no option for delivery instructions. There's no way to anyone. And there's no way to cancel or edit an order if there's a mistake so at that point you're just out of money. And staff are rude. Definitely will NOT suggest this app.

The app keeps stating next delivery time at 10 am every day but the orders are always closed. I haven't been able to use this app since it was talked about so heavily in our workplace (About 2 weeks).

They were great at first. Now they take my order 3 hours before they deliver it. They tell me it's out for delivery, and 20 minutes later, I still don't have coffee. Today's was over $8. I'm removing the app and won't order from them again.

I like the service and the app works great! It would be cool if there was a vegetarian breakfast option, or even the option to remove The sausage from the breakfast sandwich

East app to navigate with great flavors for both hot and cold drinks! I especially like that they offer soft drink along with the typical coffee stand drinks! I will be suggesting this app to all my friends!
