A very good and prompt app. I had transferred lot of items through this app and have got a reasonable price. The drivers assigned for the transfer helps in loading unloading the items as well. Overall a very good experience with GOGOX Korea

My experience was not good. Our things made it from one side of Korea to the other perfectly fine. But the driver kept trying to change the time (starting the night before pick up). He then charged us KRW 75 000 more than we were quoted on the app (even though we left a table behind that I had listed). I sent an email to find out if this was standard and never heard back. So, the service works and nothing was damaged. But I do not think I will ever use them again.

Maybe I've just had bad luck. With the last app I had two drivers cancel on me after asking me to pay a higher price than what was listed on the app, then just last week I had a driver change the agreed upon time last minute, so I had to find another. I was able to get a replacement driver almost right away, but he complained the whole time about the move (all the details of which I entered into the app), then tacked on extra fees on top of the help loading/unloading I had already selected.

There is no way to rate drivers (like for taxi apps), so you could get stuck with any creep off the street. I used this app to move houses. The guy lied about size of car. It was too small so I had to leave things at my old place. He saw a picture a picture of the luggage and still deliberately showed up with the wrong type of car. The driver treated me and my family very inappropriately. He was so bad that the security in my building got involved, and I almost had to call the police.

Pretty useless. It is impossible to rely on the app because you don't get matched with a driver and when you call customer service, nobody ever picks up. Why even have a customer service number if you don't intend to ever pick up?

I used their move studio service recently to move my stuff to a new apartment. The service was excellent. The driver was nice and customer service spoke English and helped me to communicate with the driver when I placed the order. 255-516

Good reliable service but angry driver and loader even though he only carried one heavy item. He was annoyed by the amount of small bags and items. I am a single person and bachelor not a family. So there was no reason for big portable boxes.
