The application needs some improvement. It logs outs by itself, infinite loading from time to time. Redirects you to website for online check-in, makes you fill personal data one more time and after that it is said that airport doesn't online check in. Important information about your flight places in illogical places while it pushes you persistently to pay for additional services

The worst booking experience i ever had. I booked a flight that says that is refundable and had to cancel that to book another cause i found another flight thats more better. I was confident i can refund it on that day cause its says there its refundable i got rejected over and over. . Then i booked another flight i checked it all the dates and all. Then the app asked for an update, i was shocked that my booking wasnt correct it moved to another month. Instead of august it changed to september

I'm regretted not read the bad reviews first. This app is worst. My morning flight got rescheduled to noon. But I'm not getting the email. Ask the airline, they already email. but to the apps email that I don't know they have. Worst experience using this app.

Might be the most terible app I ever ed. Booking process was fine, but then I payed for the flight, went through, and immediately after confirmation I get a message that the payment will be refunded and the booking will be cancelled. I get no explanation as to why this happens and my banking app just says that Airpaz has cancelled the transaction. This happened 4 times in a row before I decided to Trip an book the same flight there. That went though without any issues in one go.

it needs more improvement as it is not accepting special characters on engers info. change flight option cost you twice of the price of you whole flight and giving any explanation or details of payment.

My ticket are allowed to reschedule when i press change flight in AirPaz ask me to pay a full payment of new tickets, i thought it allowed me change flight date and may charge me a penalty fee of rm 60 and the additional cost for the new flight date. But unfortunately i need to pay for a new ticket and the first tickets will be burn . So THE TERM ARE ALLOWED FOR RESCHEDULE WAS A FRAUD the best is i bought new tickets rather than press (reschedule/ change date)

A very disappointing experience.I realised the dates that I have booked changed without any prior notifications.And I upated the app as an attempt to solve the problem.But worse still,in the updated version,all the flights that I have booked and paid disappeared.I really need them to issue a refund for all the affected flights or at least get back to my original itinerary.
