I tried to book tickets on this app for many hours and had to tell myself to stop. It does not save the personal data without which you can not continue. Once I was fortunate to gone through it on my laptop, the page "pay" never worked. Almost collapsed.

So disappointed with this app. Since it is almost impossible to get a place in main places. You can only choose from lateral seats. However, when there is a little time prior to the train leaves, there will be main seats available for purchase. This is quite bizarre.

I haven't been able to a ticket after purchasing it since first release. Though when I called and reported about the problem, they said it was fixed in the last update. As you see, it is still not. Furthermore, when you go to check in, they ask paper version of e-ticket.😂 isn't it funny? So get your number 1
