Haven't been able to "find my vape" for months, the sound or vibration is not going off, when I press "ping device" it stays yellow, meaning it's not activating the ping. I actually lost mine while I was sleeping and I pulled everything apart and can not find it... on the app I can still change the cloud control and see the battery percentage, but no ping.

So after your reply to another comment stating that ( Due to a scheduled upgrade on August 6th, new s may encounter an error message after their security question. This issue affects s who ed the app between August 6th and August 21st, 2024.) It is now the 22nd of August, and to my surprise, it still gives you an error message after the security question after I deleted and reinstalled it twice. I'm very disappointed with vuse right now, after being a vuse for nearly 4 years

Keeps saying something went wrong when submitting security question. Can't even use the app Edit. Even after an update it still gives an error. Maybe instead of having an animation when submitting a security question, make the app work. If I could give it 0 stars I would I did but they replied in Swedish then said I must vuse in my region, so still no help at all. Just fix your app

Edit: for anyone struggling creating a new with a different email solved the problem for me Have to create a pin to even use the app but all it ever says is something went wrong. Try again. Uninstalling doesn't help either. Been 2 weeks. Still doesn't work and never got back to me.

The usage tracker is inaccurate. It is always slow and does not send timely notifications; they only appear after opening the app. The usage tracker does not update until the app is opened and used extensively. It is unresponsive and inefficient

Bought a Vuse Pro today and ed the app. While trying to pair the device to the app, the Vuse pro makes a sound and vibrates twice as explained in the mannual, but on the app it does not pick it up at all, and says to retry again. Whats the purpose of a product of it does not work as intended?

Before Vuse changed their pods I would have given them 5stars. Since the new pods, the noise, the flavours are not as nice and the amount of faulty pods that cannot be exchanged at a Vuse stand because the wholesaler will rather the client keep a slip for every box purchased allover. It's a Vuse pod that clearly doesn't work and Vuse you are most definitely aware of this problem, so make it easier for your clientele. My husband and I are done, the market is luckily flooded with 👌🏽 choices.

I was very excited when I recently purchased the new vuse and immediately installed the app just to find i cannot use it due to a constant error message after completing the security question due to an app update. Very dissappointing that this bug has not been fixed yet. Please fix it.
