I cannot use head mapping, a requirement to get the full experience of the SXFI Theater Headphones I paid for, because the second it begins processing the image of the right ear, the app crashes. It has done this on 3 other devices. I find it completely irritating that I'm forced to use a mobile app to enable the features of a 200 Euro PC/Mac only pair of headphones. With no apparent alternative with respect to ing the requisite images of my ears and face. Do better, Creative!

This app was good for my old sxfi hybrid, but since upgrading to new, regular sxfi it's been pretty bad. It wanted a new head mapping, and I couldn't get the method using the front facing camera to work at all (rear facing still worked) Worse, is EVERY time you look at the app, it's fozen in a "connecting" dialog for sometimes a full minute (even if it's already playing). EVEN WORSE is about 75% of the time, this connection will fail, asking you to reconnect the headphones (then fails again)

App is fine. But entirely unneeded. If you're facing connection issues with the app where it's just not finding your headphones, disconnect and reconnect them with the app open. If you have a library of music which isn't super common nowadays then you can use this app as a player and it does actually noticeably change audio positively. That being said it offers nothing your modern phone can't already do. Two cause it's not unworking. Just useless.

I received a pair of Creative SXFi headphones as a gift and this App is needed to use the products full functionality , The app is intuitive and does control the headphones as it should but I have a gripe. This app repeatedly shuts itself down, I can use my generic Samsung app to play through the headphones but it loses certain functions which I do use . if this app isn't fixed then I may as well return the cans, and I Will as the full functions are not available as per description, Not happy🙄

Interesting app that maps external features to model optimal sound settings. Not sure how close it is to the real thing but certainly a big difference. Some improvements needed: (1) when updating firmware the sounds through the earbuds are too loud ; (2) the permission settings don't stick and keep reappearing, which stops music playback. Very irritating.

Other than experiencing music at its best with Creative Tech audio devices, I cannot see the purpose of this app. Is this suppose to be a software or hardware demonstrator, or music collection player? It groups my music collection into genres, artists and albums, but I cannot create playlists and shuffle the play order for variety. If it is just a technology demonstrator, I can definitely do without. I thought perhaps it runs in the background to improve all sounds from my device, but nope.

So far so good on my LG V40 ThinkQ. The equalizer works as expected and my phone defects the USB Audio. Tidal didn't pop a request like it does on my other phone so I'm not sure if that's an issue... Seems like it may be. Please one thing that would make the SXFI app itself much better is more presets! Why is there no Rock, Latin, Acoustic or some other options. Hope to see it in future updates... thank you!

Please add folder structure! PLEASE! I have several folders of radio top charts - 1500+ songs in each and 600+ musicians total, 1200+ albums! I cannot use the app without folders structure. Please hear me and a lot of people here and who are shy to say that! Updated: I hate it! This useless thing doesn't understand Playlists made on a phone! It doesn't understand folder structure! I cannot use it at all!!!!!! What a stupid developers do you have who cannot do simple things like all others???!
