This app sucks, it doesn't update your info at all even after may attempts. Every time I enrolled my kids, it said error and then said the info is already there but I don't find it anywhere. Same problem on the website too. Worst part, last year I traveled to Africa and had a free extra luggage. Have it on paper highlighted from Ethiopians airline office, confirmed the Free extra luggage to destination, only to be asked to pay for 40kg extra by the connection flight which I ended up paying.

I am able to to my shebamiles acvount on the laptop, but this app could not let me despite multiple attempts and upgrades of the app. It shows me error message "something is wrong" or "null". Please revisit and update your app. All other comments and complains about the app is legitmate. Please look into them and make corrections so that your costomers can use the app to manage their flights. Thank you.

Something went wrong with the recent update of the app. All historical records (past bookings and flights) have disappeared, and whenever I try to add a new trip, the app returns : "Technical error during processing the request." and it does that constantly. I hope the developers will urgently look into this problem and get it resolved.

The ET app for Android keep on changing the selected booking date upon confirmation. When reported and informed the supervisor, he verified and ited the issue but cannot even correct the flight to the right date. Ethiopian Airline doesn't allow you to correct flight within a second after you click book. We use their app to save them time, resource, and overhead; the airlines is way behind on working with customers compared to other big airlines. I wouldn't advise for you guys to use the app.

The app is pretty. I was able to search flights. Never was able to actually make a purchase. Tried multiple payment forms from US and Africa. After buying my ticket on expedia because their site AND app didn't work, i was able to purchase my seats. But alas, they charged me and didn't update the seat selection. 0/10. Customer service couldn't provide quick solutions

A terrible app created to complicated the check in process. It has a feature for changing flights but it shows you a low price that you like, allows you to fill in all your details, the tells you you haven't selected a flight?!? Then allows you to select again, except every price has doubled. I'm not sure how such a scam is allowed on such a large scale. I'll never book Ethiopian again.

The app keeps crashing, saying that it needs an updated version, yet no updated version is available on Google Play, nor on their website. This technical issue was remedied by checking in through a desktop website but at times the desktop website is also glichy requiring payment through the app. All in all the app requires s to be very flexible while providing little guidance as to how to work around the problems. Consider hiring better team of quality control testers.

You guys really need to pay attention to the App. For such a big company, too many bugs. Anytime you try to , you have to fill out the information again. Nothing saved. And you can put the right information, and it will keep telling you it is wrong until it accept it after several without you changing anything. Even now, I'm trying to , it is saying the App is not updated, giving me the option to the updated one. When I click on it, it just bring me to the one I already have
