Purchased as a pitch from OMF. Sounded good until I read fine print of benefits and reading reviews. I will be calling to cancel tomorrow. The benefits that are offered are either not related to what I might want or need (Hotel stays, car rentals, vacation packages); have providers that are unavailable where I live; or inadequate coverage (vision care discounts for "conventional" s; vehicle repair that excludes any collision defined as colliding with any vehicle, animal or object)..etc

3/29/19 great price & value .I expected a lot of catch 22's but it has been the most upfront in detailing what is covered or not. finally something that covers cars repairs/ maintenance. Update: 3/4/23 so far roadside service has declined tremendously. 12/22 -battery jump& 3/4/23- tire change .. this company was a no show leaving me to get service elsewhere and stranded for over 3hours.

DO NOT use this roadside assistance. I needed a jump start and they canceled my service three times without my consent. I called at almost 9:00am and it is now 2:20pm and still no service. Once they realized I figured they were falsely sending the text messages to cancel they just started ignoring my requests. Mind you I am in Wisconsin in February.

It is taking them forever to review my auto deductible claim. With everything that's going on, every penny counts. Especially $500 I'll update my review if things change but it feels like they've put me on hold with no intention of honoring the contract.

I don't know how these guys got my credit card info. They did and actually illegally charged my credit card indicating that I purchased 6 month coverage. I decided to give it a try and I requested jump start while I'm in the middle of the city. They told me that it'll be in 90 minutes. I called requesting to know how they got me subscribed and they told me weird lies like my info was gotten via a loan whereas, absolutely, I don't even have a loan

The email verification codes you send aren't working. I respected caps and tried copy and paste on second one. It took almost a month to get my hip number in the mail. Phone couldn't even find my to add my teen drivers before that. So far, 1/12 of my hip has been a waste.

My wife and I got this roadside assistance through a car loan it's been a blessing!!! Between the battery charges, tows, running out of gas, even down to assistance with repairs we've had unexpectedly come up; it paid for itself the first 6 months. The only negative I can say is being in a rural area I always have to find my own provider then have FIMC call in order to complete the claim.
