PLEASE CANCLE MY MY SUBSCRIPTION!! I SELECTED NO AND IT STILL CHARGED ME!!! $150/year for some news you can read anywhere? What a joke!!!!! THIS IS LITERALLY STEALING!! I would consider paying $20/yr if the app was anywhere even remotely half decent but this app is literal junk. Biz insider should seriously fire their UI team. And to be charged randomly because I signed up for the trial is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! YOU SHOULD BE REMOVED FOREVER FROM THE APP STORE AND SUED! YOU CANT STEAL!!

The app gives you a news notice, lets you read it for about two seconds, then tells you the article is unavailable. The app developers also don't know how to manage image caching, and my phone fills up with gigabytes of image previews for old news that I don't even look at anymore. This is absolutely the worst news app I've ever used. If an article is published and you receive a push notification, the article shouldn't disappear when you try to read it.

O must have subscribed for some trial subscription, or it piggy back from other subscriptions, but out of nowhere, I have a charge on my for this site. I have been trying for hours to figure out how to cancel it. Of course, conveniently, when you click for reset, it takes you to a screen that has no option for the reset. When finally found for reset, you need your current . They make it so hard to cancel the subscription, which can't even find that option.

The news is fine (it's no WSJ, but they have some interesting coverage now and again), but the app is horrendous. If I leave it open but lock my phone, it leaves the article I was reading and goes to the main page. Once on the main page, no amount of tapping opens an article. I need to close the app and reopen it in order to access articles. On reopening the app, the articles to select from have changed, so I now have to dig to find what I was interested in. All in all a horrible experience.

App is garbage and Google Play subscriptions don't work on website. I like BI's content. I subscribed through the Google Play store for convenience. When I am in the app, it shows I have an active subscription. However, when I online it shows that I do not have any subscription at all. Even worse, sometimes (randomly? inexplicably?) the app opens an in-app web browser and loads the website article, which, again, I can't access. Also the app cuts off almost every headline.

Great article content and organized display. Clean GUI and I love the variety of sources. Great for business articles, politics, international news and fun stories. UPDATE 2/27/2020 After BI applied major changes to their GUI design to include BI-Prime, the BI app got rid of my saved articles. The latest version would give me a notification and if not clicked immediately the article would not be found. Lastly, links would be clicked and send me to other articles. So frustrating. REMOVING APP!

Worthless app. I have signed up with gmail for their prime hip through browser and it feels like an impossible task to sign in into this app. Everytime it asks to create a new and then it does not work while . Update: Finally was able to , but their UI is so confusing that I do not know if I really signed in. And whenever I click on the links they send through my email, it asks to each time. What the heck!

Same issues everyone else is reporting: app can't seem to recognize my subscription. Ill get a news alert, click it, and almost immediately be asked to sign in. Once go through the sign in process, I'm taken the the home page and not the article I was just in. Search function for the article doesn't work either. Super frustrating. I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling and still experience the same issues. Super frustrating as I'm paying $100 for the BI content and can't easily access it.
