So many people are complaining about the scroll issue. Nothing being done. The app has been faulty in scrolling for the past 3 updates. I'm forced to use old version. 6.7.0 is working fine. The scrolling with finger, makes the topics change! Instead of just scrolling through the page, it changes topic. Kindly fix it asap. The page keeps turning with the natural flow of finger scrolling to read more, instead of scrolling vertically, it's scrolling horizontally. Needs fix!

Hi I'm a subscriber What the hell is this why is it so hard to scroll through the app in just 2 mins it of my first time ing making it very hard for me read anything cause of the scroll and how easy it is to swipe left and right when I don't want to. There is a scroll issue. When I scroll an article, the page stops scrolling and swipes to the previous/next article. This behaviour is too annoying. Please fix this. Happens on samsung s23.; 25/08/2024 - This issue is fixed on the latest update 🙌

GN was one of the apps on the phone I have used almost everyday for the last 4 years and one which was always on my home screen. Very disappointed with the new look. Too many ads and the layout is horrible. I would recommend keeping the interface clean and simple. I can understand them try to run ads to generate revenue but when it's in your face all the time, it will drive readers away. Until they rectify this, I have decided to uninstall and try some other apps or portal.

Your news notifications within the app are annoying. It was not like this before. When I'm reading an article and a notification about another article comes up, I only have the option to click OK which redirects the page to that article, and not the one I'm reading. Please have that feature removed. It's very distracting and useless.

Very poor App, and journalism. This newspaper once which had great news has very poor articles online. Im sick of this newspaper. Iv switched to the National now, much better articles there and over all coverage. Their app is also much better. Even gulf news Instagram experience is terrible. They don't use Instagram videos or TV. I have to come to their crappy app. Very frustrating. Plz get your act together gulf news.

I regularly subscribe for e paper of Gulf news but each time I click on any online media article it keeps directing me to subscribe and no where I can see an option to sign on to my & continue to read. It is very frustrating, and with my bussy schedule I am forced to drop my interest to read that topic and surf to other topics by other sources.

The app crashes most of the time, it does not payment options and we need to go to website...the developers need to review and need urgent update. The credit card info is saved and cannot be deleted till expiry. No otp request and security is sceptical. Would not recommend digital subscription till changes in their system.
