This app used to be great but there seems to be a bug making it unusable! I can't get a single filter to stay so the previous filter I had, which I no longer need, was the only option it was giving me. Every time I tried to change the filters it would revert as soon as I hit the back button to see the map. So I uninstalled and reed it to try to start over, but it's giving me the exact same problem only this time it's stuck without any filters at all. This needs to be fixed immediately.

7/11/24:Your app used to be excellent, especially the map- now when you go to zoom in on a location or zoom out, the map HIDES available rentals- (just now-458 rentals in my city, the map will only show 29!!!, EVEN BEFORE zooming in or out!) even in the area that one is zooming in/or out of, still same result, & this app has been like this for Months...it is a major downgrade to search capability- and What good is that?! Please fix your Maps' display/zoom capability!!!

It's good to know what's available and the app sends you notifications so you kind of get first dibs. However the management companies and property owners doesn't respond that often or at least not as fast as you expect but that's not the app fault. I recommend it especially with the feature that lets you just browse homes once you take down the border on the map that was definitely a bonus feature.

It's not the perfect app, but it's super clutch. Twice in the past 5 years I've needed to transition from a relationship. HP has made it very easy both times. They can be better about demanding units taking accurate/up to date photos. But I know I can always count on HP to help me find somewhere to land, regardless of what state I end up in

Good app but it has some critical misses. For one, there's almost no chance it will be able to find a particular unit if you type it's address. It's good at finding areas like towns and neighborhoods, but not particular spots. Secondly, messaging is broken. None of the messages show up on this app. I have to go on desktop or open a chrome tab on my phone. Finally, it would be nice to filter apartments by move in date.

Very easy to navigate through. With the ability to search several locations and save them individually like a folder that has sub catagories only it's the city that's the folder and the houses are sub catagories. Brilliant in my opinion. Because you get just that. Not like the others that have something similar with Hot Pads you get so much more. Great platform. Hats off to the developers on this one.

This app is really awesome for finding a place to live. If you start early enough, it will even notify you as time goes on about listings that are similar to the ones you have been looking at. Every notification about a listing has been spot on. The app never crashes and has a super simple yet cute interface. I'd definitely recommend it if you're searching for a new place!!

So far I'm loving the app. Way better experience than the website. I don't know why, but the site glitches and lags on my laptop. The app is fast and just looks better in my opinion. The only thing I would change about HP is adding a filter for buildings with elevators, and for included utilities. Also stricter vetting of details. For example, I've noticed that a lot of properties put that there is laundry in unit when there's shared laundry, or that a unit is furnished bc it has a fridge.
