Recently bought a 2021 JCW Clubman and was impressed there was an app that was so useful. BUT after the Dec 17 update, the PDF manuals won't open and crash the app every time. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, re-set my phone multiple times... but the PDFs still crash the app. My phone is a Moto G5s Plus. Can you please fix the app.

Even though it didn't truly integrate with my 2012 model systems it was a nice way to keep a digital copy of the owners manual. Sadly, with the recent update MINI decided to remove my model from the app, making it now completely useless. At least I still have an earlier ed PDF for desktop reference.

Only option to enter vehicle is by VIN and it won't recognize my 2011 VIN, but it only tells me this after I have set up an . Description says ALL MODELS after 2006, lies. Glad I used a throwaway email on this poor excuse for data harvesting. Why no option to enter vehicle by year/make/model and why not say its specific to certain models? Lame juice

Has useful information, but video playback is slow and buggy. It started playing the same video before finishing the first play. I closed the player, but the sound still continued until I closed the app. No real testing has been done, obviously.

Awesome Took a few days for the registration to go through, but once it did the complete owners manual ed and is available right on my phone. Searchable and with photos. I can even bookmark pages. Now just get the mini connected app working.

I have tried to log on and it keeps saying my and is not correct, even after resetting the from the app by getting a verification code. This might be a great app, but I can't even to get it to work.
