I really like this camera, the app is easy to use and out of about 10 I tried it was the best. So why two stars? Because despite the fact that this is the only camera I haven't sent back and despite having a strong , the camera turns itself on. It turns itself on randomly in the middle of the night, it turns itself back on immediately after you turn it off, and sometimes its on even when the green privacy is ing as on. Terrifying.

Ok, so imou became useless. I just moved, went to go plug it back in and set up the camera. Refused to connect. I reset everything even deleted the camera off the app to do a hard reset and the camera refuses to connect again. Ive done everything to get it to work again. I tried ing their customer service and they didnt even answer. I used to love this camera, now, i want to throw it out. And the green light wont stop blinking fast and i cant fix it. I may have to find a new camera brand

Sometimes the camera works for awhile & it is a clear picture. Then...it all goes bad. Picture freezes constantly. Streaming error over & over. You have to constantly again & again. It usually does this when it's really important that you see something right then. It has been happening all the time now. I hate this damn app. It sucks!

The cameras WERE PHENOMENAL. I've had cameras from 2 big security companies and these WERE better HANDS DOWN. They capture the ENTIRE event, not just motion when close to the camera. DOWNSIDE, this horrible the GUI. The update has made things WORSE. The cameras are now almost unresponsive when manually trying to move them. These updates drops the initial rating from 3 to 1 star. If no improvements are made, we will look to change the cameras and move on to a different system.

Things are better now. Changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Still has problem deleting videos but not every time. Recorded video starts playing but the video freezes after a few seconds. The wifi speed keeps changing and after a minute or so REPLAY displays. After selecting REPLAY the exact same thing happens. Now have to do everything twice. Wasn't broke before so why update it? How can we revert back to previous version?

I do love you cameras and app. They can see a far distance and you can zoom in. 1 thing though I wish it would do is have the option of permanent recording. On the app you can set the sensitivity level which is great. I have mine at a 5 so it records as soon as it picks up sound sounds or a car driving by. But to be able to record continuously would be extra awesome.

The camera is excellent , clear and it picks up every motion that it's supposed to. The reason for 2 stars is because when it picked up someone entering my room when I leave last night, no notification of this, so when and I check the feed this morning I can't watch and see what they were doing. It's just a picture of the person in there. It told me to plus to watch the video, which I was already subscribed..so I have no idea what's missing. Or how to fix this problem!

Camera quality is great at all lighting levels and the cameras/app come with nice features. The bad: 95% of the time the camera is not providing a live feed. It freezes and rate sits at 0 Kb/s. You can't pan the camera because it freezes and retains your input as if you're holding the pan button so it spins until it can't spin anymore. Furthermore, it s video first to some internet server somewhere before being ed to your viewing device (phone). Will not work over LAN.
