Whenever the moto buds plus gets paired with my phone (non-motorola phone) it plays perfect in hi res but after sometime i experience a weak "AM radio-like" sound which makes the audio quality very low and i always have to re-connect the buds for the issue to be fixed. I googled about it and come to know that many people are facing this issue on their non-motorola phones too so I hope this gets fixed with a software update

Wastage of money, I hope it will work properly with moto device only, on my Samsung S23 its not working properly sometimes one side bud stopped working and noise cancellation options are pathetic its automatically switched the settings. I have to open the app everytime & off the noice cancellation.

The buds get disconnected during the phone is locked and it gets connected automatically again. The music playlist stopped. The battery last max. 2 hours only. The music mode back to original after exiting the app.

Hi-res audio feature is hiding by itself, needs me to close and open the app multiple times to access it and team moto make tap to sound mode change option too, it will be very helpful as we don't need to open app every time to switch btw different modes and sounds.

Moto buds + & edge ultra: It's currently a nightmare to connect, it disconnects during calls, on off randomly, while watchinh youtube. Unable to see any firm update, and moreover, in a random sequence right or left earbud doesn't work or both. Once opening devices connected, clicking on settings, the right, left and case photos and percentage of charge keeps appearing and disappearing. Very disappointed. Sometimes it shows d/c even though it would have been connected manually. Nightmare!!!

very poor optimization. hi res sound option sometimes show and sometimes not and for updating my buds I faced lot of problems and spatial audio not ed even I have latest Android midrange device. bad experience

The UI seems appealing, but there are lots of bugs ,,, the features are sometimes not turned on ,, and I frequently get this notification of showing buds battery status, which is not ok ,, it shows up once every 30 sec or a minute. I seriously think this needs immediate action.

Terrible experience.!! It is not getting disconnected when the buds case closed. I am using it with moto 50 pro. It shows that it connected but unable talk through it in a call. Moto should start taking it very seriously now. It has so many bugs and poor quality UI.. No from Moto has been found.. Horrible experience.!!
