🧘Types of Yoga Classes:
1.Gentle yoga is a variation of the hatha tradition of yoga asanas (postures). It was created to be accessible to all types of students & to their mental, physical, & spiritual needs.
2.Vinyasa yoga is characterized by stringing asanas together from one posture to another seamlessly by using breath. This is also commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
3.Power yoga is an active style of yoga for weight loss, where one moves quickly through the poses & each pose is held for only three to five breaths. Power yoga classes benefit stamina, strength, flexibility & helps burn more calories.
4.HathaFlow involves breathing, yoga poses, & meditation sessions. It usually helps to relieve stress, healthy habits, improve emotional health, ease back & arthritis pain.

I don't recommend this service. I had high hopes but the teachers are not consistent on their availability and updated the their availability at very short notice (less than a few minutes to a few hours) on several occasions for 1-1 classes. The app itself has bugs and I found it rather slow at times. Also, there were instances when the messages from teachers were delayed or did not come through at all (I could see it on the computer but not on my phone).

I was always afraid to start and motivate myself to do or even sign up for yoga. This app is truly awesome and I love it to the fullest. The best part of the app is where you do a combination of 1 on 1 personal training plus you take group classes on days when you don't have personal training(all virtual). I have gained so much flexibility just in 2 months by following my schedule and this platform keeps me truly motivated to get better each day.The teachers are very experienced and skilled too.

I've only just ed but I'm already frustrated as your app doesn't have a back button. Every time I want to go back a page, i have to close the whole app down to start again. 😩 I had exactly the same issue when I logged in through the browser. I've booked a couple of sessions today to see what it's all about but can you please make it so that s have a more friendly experience.

The BEST app, ever! Providing One-on-One personalized yoga instruction/sessions with extremely knowlegable instructors. I Am most thankful for gentle, positive and comments, the proper correction is something not always found in a group setting. The app is easy to install, and very interactive. i absolutely love this program, so much to choose from and all the classes and teachers are absolutely superb. Knowledge, training and teaching tecniques are amongst the best i've seen anywhere, including in- person classes. Everyone in the organization is so helpful and genuinely kind.

All the classes that I have tried from my yoga teacher team are wonderfully managed sessions! All the teachers are amazingly talented and professional. Always encouraging to do more and giving their best tips to do the asanas/meditation in a more efficient manner. Just love this approach of teaching different variations of yoga/meditation. The first few classes were great. But several times we were suppose to follow a model instead of the actual teacher physically doing it with us. Also the last few classes I never could time right. Also; the connection was poor. The teachers were not friendly to newbies at all. I wouldn't pay for a hip.
