This app crashes more than any other app I have ever seen. Update: A month and a half since my review, and PeopleNet still has yet to provide any kind of update on this app. It is still crashing very frequently. How frequently? So frequently that my phone wants to put the app in deep sleep to "make my phone run smoother" due to the frequent crashing.

This app is trash it constantly crashes, everytime a new message is sent I go and try to look at it and the refresh rate for the messages that came in so dang slow, I'm literally waiting 10+ seconds to be able to view the messages and thats if even get the chance to do because of how often it crashes, the app is just slow and i almost don't even wanna bother with it anymore. there's no way developers put this together from scratch over the last years, this is a skin for an older system.

I never got a response about the app freezing. So since y'all ain't working on it I figured it out. The app goes slow and freezes because it loads every message you ever got every time you open the app to use it. Simple fix. Maybe put an option to only hold messages for 90 days then auto delete or not load those messages to my device every time I open the app. Y'all are the smart guys you can figure out how to do it. And to keep it from freezing and crashing open messages and delete all.

Lousy, freezing, no . I have to clear cache/storage anytime I want to see any messages. Even then it freezes more times than not. Even waiting for info to load and clicking 'wait' several times when Android thinks the app froze....it takes 2-3 min to scroll. Those are the rare occasions, most of the time it's a hard freeze with no recovery.

Doesn't keep track of your time correctly. Got the update required now, but with all the reviews saying they cannot connect it again I'm not updating. When you send a message thru the app to , it takes them 2 days to get back to you. Then they just tell you to uninstall and reinstall. When you say there are issues, they do not respond. Only giving 2 stars because I can only still get my messages from dispatch!

If you're a truck driver and your company uses peoplenet in their trucks this app is super convenient. You do have to to delete your messages weekly or else the app will lag super badly. I got a new phone and when I installed the app on it I couldn't send or receive messages. It took a week going back and forth with their polite customer but we got the problem fixed. It's not a perfect app, but it is a useful one with potential.

I have yet to figure out how a cloud database system can be so inconsistent between the in truck system and what is presented within the app. They work assignment can be in one place or the other, but not both at the same time. The app messaging system is horrendous! Not to mention how bad the driver clock system works. Completely inconsistent, and wrong status. I could go on!

Give me one good reason I shouldn't just delete this useless app off my phone? It doesn't do real time. It won't change from driving even though the engine is turned off. It can tell I'm moving but it can't tell the engine is off? I've had this for almost a year and only twice has it even been helpful. oh and when you them via the app on weekends they are not there.
