The app has great features, keep updating and fixing the bugs and it'll be perfect one day. Right now there are a lot of crashes that happen, seemingly for no reason. If there was an update to fix these crashes, that would be amazing. It also drains my battery life insanely fast. PLEASE fix these issues. Give android s some love!

Since last phone update 4/11/2019, I have been experiencing repeated crashes, forced log-outs, and an inability to record calls or appointments. Has also been drawing an unusual amount of battery power (about 1% per minute) on a Galaxy S10 since the update as well. Overall, a very useful app, just doesn't seem to have handled the latest phone update very well.

It's constantly freezing after I make a call from the app today. I checked my phone optimization, made sure no other apps were open or running, and found that planet was not only eating up my battery, but keeps overloading my phone's GPU. This really shouldn't be an issue. Please fix this. **edit** day 3 of it crashing after every call. My production has gone from 250 calls in 6 hrs, to 90-100 A DAY. FIX. THIS. NOW!

I'm experiencing the same issues with the app freezing after every call. It's been just recently. Issue started after I updated the software on my phone OS. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and in, restarted my phone, everything. I think it has to do with the newest OS version. Only thing I can think of thats different.

I'd love for the app to be able to connect to my Google voice number instead of my personal cell number. I'd also love to be able to change my ed email and phone number when desired. It would also be super cool if Zoom or a video conferencing app was included for easy transition into virtual presentations.

Been with the company for about a year now and this app is awful. It ALWAYS crashes and impedes my productivity daily. I can never get in the dials I need to because I am constantly having to reload the app or uninstall and reinstall. No tech either. No solutions. Just a basic "suck it up" attitude from upper management.
