The app is so broken. Even if you crop it and edit the colours, it will result in something completely different - the crop is completely wrong (very zoomed in), colours washed out or weirdly saturated. It can't be the cartridge fault because it's the same issue across a few cartridges. Can't be the printers fault because it was printing fine a month ago. Something must've changed in the software. It's making the entire printer and all my cartridges useless.

Recent update in SEP 2023 made the printing unusable as it caused a weird green cast and made everyone look like a hulk suddenly. To prove that it's not the photo's issue, I reprint a few old photos that were printed using the same cartridge in this printer. In comparison, the previous printings had a more truthful colors that were closer to the devices' displays (both calibrated and uncalibrated).

Cant connect via Bluetooth. Absolute garbage. So I've borrowed a few phones from my neighbours and found that it can connect with their phones which were the Galaxy S6, Galaxy S7, and iPhone 10. Apparently this app can only connect to old phones, but not new phones. Update: I have reset my network settings and it still does not work. And now all my saved networks need to be added back again. All that extra trouble just wasted another hour of my life. Maybe you just need to hire a better programmer to write better code for the app.

App keeps crashing. Not able to connect to printer. App either gives out message don't touch paper or printing. But nothing comes out of printer. print one photo and it crashes and not able to print anything. Have uninstalled and went back to the old app. Do fix it. If not the printer is a white elephant. Useless.

Relatively easy to operate. It DOES work. Pretty ingenious device. I have 2 things that hopefully will be worked out with future updates. You can print out pictures only from your phones local gallery. There is no way for it to access any albums in another directory. It's an easy workaround but you will have to resave an album picture. Also I found that if you have previously edited the picture(filters, adjustments etc) the picture will come out a little dark. Edits should be done in app.

Worked 1 time. Have not been able to connect again. I even placed my phone onto the dock instead and it does not work. Everything was rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. Super unfortunate as I love to print I out photos as gifts and projects. Does not seem like they will fix the problem, all these reviews go back a few years as well. What a waste.

Same as other reviewers. It was working fine when I got it a few months ago. However, I went to use it again just recently, and there was an app update, and now the app won't connect/find the printer. It's discoverable on my phone Bluetooth, just not the app, making this completely unusable. I've followed the 'help' directions on the app, and nothing has worked and I've ed Kodak and haven't received a response yet.

Decently easy to operate. The colour from the photo you see on your phone and in person aren't an exact match, and I wish it said what brightness your phone should be at to be accurate. But the biggest pain is that if you crop the image before editing it doesn't show you the image in the editing page. That's a pretty annoying bug
