Just installed today. So far so good,but can't really comment on function just yet. If the "App running in background" notification is sounding off every time you minimise or even put the screen to sleep & is driving you insane like it was for me, try this. Android Open Settings Tap Notifications Under "Most recent," find apps that recently sent notifications Tap the app Turn the app's notifications on or off

I'd love to give this app 5 stars.....the hardware is 5 stars. The app is abismal, especially on an IOS device. Lots of bugs including with cook recordings. If you are recording multiple probes at a time, once you stop recording the first probe, all the other probe recordings lose thier cooking graph and data. Only the first probe you stop the recording process on saves the graph. All others get wiped. I wish they would fix this issue.

Ok product and app, but......Probe never seems to charge fully or it has issue sitting properly in order to charge. When I go to use a fully charged probe, the first of 3 bars goes away after a short time (15 mins). My 1st probe died after 12 hrs, 2nd probe 5 hrs. Two suggestions: 1. Adding a widget, so that we can see our temperature at a glance, would be great! 2. Having the ability to see it on our notifications, during phone usage or even when the screen is locked, would also be helpful

Appp works good. Would be 5 stars if the notification when the app is minimized showed the temps instead of just saying the app is running in the background.

No temp readings in notications or lock screen. App makes a notification sound each time it goes into the background. You can make it silent without interfering with temp alerts but kind of annoying it does it by default. You have to click record to get any kind of temp history. I feel this should be enabled by default. My Goovee one always tracks the history. I think it could be a much better app but it does function for basic needs.

Needs Update For Stability. App works ok. Recently started crashing/closing App causing tracked cooks to end and needing to be restarted regularly. The longest "cook" I've been able to have recently in my history is just over an hour before it force closed itself. Seems to be stable if you leave the app open and screen on but during a long smoke that's just impractical.

The app is very very average. For the price paid for the product and how good the actual product is the app is severely lacking. Like a really poor cousin. So clunky. E.G. Can't change target temp in the fly. Can't view Twin Spike graph at the same time. Can't add notes to a preset temp setting. 15 Aug: Acknowledging dev response with thanks 🙏🏼
