Fairly easy way to communicate with the City of Houston. If it cannot be completed via the app, it will a City employee to speak with. The City employee I spoke with was personable and knowledgeable. She listened to my situation (a missing street sign), accurately submitted it and emailed me a report, and it was resolved timely. I wish they would take a picture of what was done, but I drove by soon enough and was able to see for myself. Recommended!

It works but there are 2 major issues in the process. The categories in the app do not match the official 311 categories on the city or houston website. (the official categories are more specific detailed). As a result almost all reports I have made have been closed immediately by the city with the comment that a follow up ticket to the correct department has been created. Unfortunately that follow up ticket won't show up in the app and so you have no clue when/if things get addressed.

The app works in that I'm able to create a ticket, however the city of Houston closes the ticket and marks it as 'complete' even when no action is taken. Each time I reopen the ticket, they close it again within 2 hours.....esch time marking it complete. I've emailed and left comments with no response. The city takes our tax dollars (some of the highest property taxes in the country) and then cheats us out of services... it's as bad as Houston roads

App continues to improve. They do respond to about problems. In most cases reporting infrastructure problems via the app will be faster than calling the 311 operator.

Overall it us good for request service. Down side is that when service is completed it should be remove from the map.

A little buggy and hard to navigate, but it works. The most common use for me is to report that my trash was not picked up, and there is no category for reporting that.

you can't enter the street number on the address section for reporting potholes. Such a small amount of information required but it still won't work

You need to fix it to where you can actually make requests on the app.The app and the site don't match at all.
