The new update won't let me get the screen. It will load for a while and then crash. I sent an email for troubleshooting and all I received was an automated reply telling me to them over THE APP I CANNOT MAKE FUNCTION. And the website link leads to the same email address or the app. I'm on a Samsung S23 Ultra

It's actually becoming a great event app! Added the calendar export feature I asked for too. basics, but good to know they listen and get it right (after a bit of time)

The new update introduced "favourites" at price of removing the "calendar bar", which was intuitive and works so well, this the only app that uses it. Now they replaced it by a generic calendar used by any other app, too many taps... Favourites should be just a button at the bottom of the screen. The new filter function is a nice addition, but most events offer the same type of music and the prices are about the same, so... A good addition would be a TBA update notification for our favs.

100% scam you pay 50€ for the ticket plus 6€ service fees (per ticket) and they don't refund it, you need to sell it on the app and they don't guarantee that your ticket will be sold and even if it's sold you will be refunded only 47€

The event organiser will not respond or take into to any communication through this app. So no refund with rockenseine as the with them was not communicated to with them before the start of the festival. Shotgun, did reply to the review above promising to find a solution together. I ed them by email as suggested. No reply!
