Im not able to sign in after update. the app is just hanging. Before the update I was required to sign in everytime eventhough I set up fingerprint and code before.

It's now happened at least a few times where I've not been able to accumulate points due to the scanner screen being blank. Everything else on the app works, at least to my knowledge, but the app is useless to me if the scanner doesn't work because I can't give the person at the my phone number or anything else to prove I have an . I'm now reinstalling...if it doesn't work, I'm getting rid of the app.

(Worse application ever ) Every single time you want to open the application, you have to sign in every time ??!!!! It's not a bank application, can you please solve this issue ,it keep me sign out every time I want to use it. It is frustrating. I am wondering is only me complaining or there other same problem??!!

worst app ever from Starbucks. every time I open the app I need to sign in and need to give new code. it should be position. it's not bank application to immediately when we exit. even outlets also saying the same the app having bugs and problems. it keeps logging out.

The QR scan screen is always blank. The only way I can still collect points is through mobile orders. Waiting for a fix for over 2 months now. The loyalty program was good but completely disappointed in the app.

It seems that the app does not work on android which I don't know what's the excuse for it not to work, the barcode used to work then it stopped working, I should have now collected lots of points but unfortunately because the barcode isn't working I've missed the opportunity please fix it

When I started using this app it was amazing and I got free drinks and it's super easy to use. After the latest update the QR code scan screen is blank and when I asked the employee at starbucks she told me we are having problems with android, Which to be honest didn't help at all. Please work on this issue asap.

Refused to get installed. What kind of app is that? Tried ing 2 times with 2 mail address still refusing to go ahead.... not at all friendly. Frustrated. It should have taken 1 minute but even after 45 minutes...
