Well you see, I'm not exactly sure what a good review for this app would be. The videos are nice and they tell you what you need to know in order gain or lose weight (for me I needed to gain weight) and I did notice the difference, however, the app itself isn't great. I've had problems accessing my stuff, such as trying to see my food plan and what not. I mean, the Diet and fitness part works, just the app needs to be fixed.

Was great when I first got it in 2021 loved the burn and the workouts. Now it's the same old videos and always trying to upsell. On top of that I can no longer order supplements on the app. I get all the way to the end and says it's ordered but never does and only shows up as my last order in June. Very frustrating as a long time member and . Also if I try to order online not from the app when I click on the burn it takes me straight to Amazon. Unfortunately I am done dealing with vshred.

I have been unable to to this app for months. I tried everything, including reset instructions. Guess, it never sends me the reset email message! I know my email is correct, because of course I got all the initial messages confirming my and messages from Vince. I've had the over a year and understand what the problem is. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.

Clunky and not -friendly at all! Every time I click on something, I have to watch another 45-minute video. It's ridiculous. I gave it a few stars because there's a workout calendar, which is nice, but the whole 45-minute video I originally watched talked about diet and carb-cycling. If you want a personalized diet plan, that's extra, and the diet part of the app is just a few pages of formulas you have to figure out with a pen and paper! I was expecting an intuitive interactive monthly menu!

The app is garbage, old videos, same ones from 4 years ago, no way to log your progress, add sessions, and no way to replace workouts. These are the cheapest options spps with more interaction and flexibility to log your progress. You can hear his big mouth when you watch his videos, but he forgot to update his garbage app.

I just bought the program, and I have tried to create an keeps telling me Error. Interesting thing about it is that I didn't complete the purchase due to all thr videos they have to get you to purchase more and more products. I was over all the video and decided not to complete it. I received an email saying it was charged to my . I checked the sure enough it was charged. I do hope I'm able to have access and receive what I was charged for.

The app is pretty good. While the app is free the content is not. There are plenty of free trials. All the trials have great content and give you a solid base to grow on, if you choose not to subscribe. The food options are good as well. Counting macros can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming, but worth every bit of effort to master! Overall it is a good app with solid workout information and meal info. I would suggest it to anyone. , its a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.

I just signed up for the program. The app and the site are extremely glitchy. I had one issue that I used the "chat with us" about. They were short and didn't finish the conversation after I asked a follow-up question. The app wants me to connect to Facebook, but all I get when I hit their tab is a page full of code. I was really excited about this, so I'm really disappointed. The frontman said it was all easy to use and gave you everything you need. I could cry.
