Bad it closes when trying to open tickets. Can't see anything and then app closes. Once was great now I need another app too View my tickets.

It won't stop freezing. I get a black screen every time. I'm a season ticket holder and this where my tickets are. PLEASE FIX. Still not fixed. Come on. Never gets updates. Won't show anything except a black screen. Then tells me app isn't working. The season is starting tonight and people still can't access the app. This is ridiculous. I've emailed the app creator and they won't and don't respond. Once again this app has stopped working. Black screen and I've emailed creators several times and they don't care. My tickets are on this app.

Seriously! Do you all not know how bad this app is in of key areas NOT functioning. I have NOT been able to get into my season tickets yet from the app. I always have to manage from my laptop. Good thing I haven't wanted to go to any preseason games. Also, I have called and emailed the "reps" and NO RESPONSE! Hope the team is not this bad this year. I'm a very annoyed season ticket holder so yes my comment is sarcastic while very real in my frustration!!!!

This app doesn't load. When you click on it, the screen comes up black. I literally have to "uninstall" it then "reinstall" it in order for it to load. This happened all last season and it's apparent I will experience the same this season as I just had to reinstall it. Frustrating! Fast forward to today, August 28th 2021, I'm still experiencing the same from years ago.

Seems the app can't tell when it has been updated. I uninstall it. Reinstall and it keeps telling me there is an update. Stuck in a loop. Whoever is in charge of testing the app. Please don't have anything else to do with this team. We want them to win. ***Update*** Just saw another review from someone with a Note 8. Heaving issue with this app. I don't feel so bad. Good to know I have a great phone, and a trash app. Update: If you are using a Samsung phone with Knox's or Sucre Folder. You have to uninstall this app twice to get it to work. The fact that the developers didn't think of this. They suck!

Ever since the forced update, early August 2019, nothing loads! Only like 5% of ALL the articles/pictures/video content loads. I'm getting nothing but empty screens and frozen screens. Extremely irritating that even after emailing tech about the app, I haven't gotten any response after 1 well and the app continues to fail basic expectations. Even MORE infuriating...the forced update required over 500mb of memory!! Season hasn't even started and none of the content is available. Abysmal!.
