Very bad app I ordered a package and they said they couldn't reach us but then they said that it was still in the area where it was sorted. Then they said they'll send it the next day. We were home the whole two days. We checked if our bell doesn't work but it completely does! Very bad service. But they didn't come on the second day too and then finally we told them to kepp it in the hermes shop so we can collect it from there. So I knew that the Package DIDN'T actually come to our house.Frauds!

Why you're the only app that doesn't have live tracking or at least timeframe at the day of the delivery!! Please get on with the times update the app with live tracking!!! It makes no sense to have to wait the whole day for a package that one has absolutely no clue when exactly is it getting delivered!!! Had to litterally take a whole day off cause of an expensive package that i needed to get personally had to wait litterally +8 hours front of the house till finally the delivery man arrived!!

2023/10: In the meantime got completely useless,often with difficulties speaking German or English. However it looks like they all use a script to delay any help about lost packages! Simply shameless!!! 2023/03: I know developers of this app do not care, but this app just got worse with the latest "design". No UX, completely unintuitive, important functions either broken or hidden. Feels like previous team abandoned development and gave it inexperienced kids :(

Notification are random and out of sync with the status shown in the app. Re-routing of parcels from the app randomly works out for some parcels while others end up at their original destination. Just use the website instead.

The worst service ever!! First delivery guy broke my door bell and ran away while I was fixing it. Then they multiple times told me about a system mistake. I gave up and asked them to deliver to the package shop, they agreed and said they do it within 3 working days. In 3 working days nothing happened. I checked delivery status and it is said that my order was sent back to the sender!!! If I could ban this company from doing business I would definitely do so. My one star rating is - 10000000
