Can't use printer, unless you pay. The ad pop ups won't allow you to get through to even try and connect printer. So disappointing. Will never ever by an hp printer again. If I pay for something I should be able to use it's features without having to pay for a subscription.

this whole HP ink app everything is incredibly non- friendly I should not have to anything or pay anything to use my printer once I own it. but apparently I got to be a part of some inked buying thing in order to use it cuz I get errors on the printer and it's as ridiculous so no I hate the whole HP thing I'll never buy another HP as long as I live

I was installing printer and pop up asked for my credit card info realized to late it was for games I need to cancel that permission but app doesn't let me in. Do I have to cancel my card at the holidays. It already took $2 to test water them goes to $40 monthly help

Poor color looks faded not enough color. Looks like it's out of ink. No way to darken the print. Not good.

This is horrible! 3rd time ing it. Finally got the app to open. Trying to link my printer, and keep getting the "buy " add popping up. I'm just trying to print out 3 pages of medical docs. This is annoying. No help link or faq, either. EDIT: after spending way to much time on this, I guess the simplest pop up answer on the app could have been "your printer is not ed". I eventually, through loading an aditional app, found this out. I don't use it enough to buy a new one.
