It's a good initiative of Bharat Matrimony but design is very basic and not friendly. Most of the photos are masked and whatever visible are looking elongated and not clearly visible. There's no 'send interest' tab; we have to view the and send interest directly which is not comfortable. Earlier there was restriction for sending interest with weekly limits. Can be improved.

worst marriage app, not recommended at all, full of spams and scams, absolutely useless app, even when a paid member tries to u, u cannot even open their messages or view their ID untill and unless u pay for it, now when sm1 who has already paid and wants to connect to sm1 why shud the app ask for money from the person who is being ed, and the app first of all let's u make ur ID and as soon as u close the app and reopen it, it will redirect you straight to the payments page

Very worst customer service 😡😑... It's been a month we purchased 1 year pack they debited from my and still not activated! App experience is not good so I chose to not buy hip. When customer talked to me he was very rude. In general they mock and laugh on on free s for using app for free and force to purchase hip in not so Professional manner. Also 90% Profile are either Not using the app or are fake. Uninstalling now.
