Bad pizza and spam ads—this app in a nutshell. But here's the strategy for using it: if you ever feel like eating South Africa's 16th best pizza (right after Shoprite frozen pizza), install the app, place your order, and then delete it from your phone entirely until you're ready to ruin your health again. Once the app is installed, you're bombarded with spam ads, and there's no way to turn them off (unless you disable notifications entirely, but that kills the tracker). Pitiful. Do better.

Exactly as d, app does exactly what it is supposed to and no more is needed. Look at the menu items, choose what you want and order and you'll get your pizza ASAP. It's honestly refreshing to see when you compare it to all the other apps that use every slimy salesman tactic possible to make you spend more or get less. 10/10 quality and consistency.

Great service and usually very quick delivery. - one star because the app can sometimes be a bit finicky and log you out as you are tracking a delivery. Does not always happen, though.

Whoever updated the Debonairs app clearly didn't do a good job. It has a huge bug where it only gives the information that the order is being prepared and then an hour or so later it tells you it's arrived. Can't even track the order. Same problem with the Steers app!😡😡😡

I have ordered a pizza at Rustenburg Debonairs Pizza around 19:00 I have not received my order yet and it's now over an hour. Their service is bad very bad, worse it's nit the first time I order and they take forever to deliver a mear pizza. This is unacceptable. What's the use of ordering through the app whilst they don't deliver in time. One will literally die from hunger while waiting. Their service is really bad I would even rate them zero because of that.

The application has zero bugs and is seamless. I absolutely love ordering over the application, and the pizza arrives hot and fresh. The drivers are friendly and make an effort to converse with the customer instead of making an awkward delivery. I would absolutely recommend 👌🏽to the next person.

The first order i made on this app was close to 3 hours before 9pm and the order never arrived, I couldn't track the order and i called twice only for them to lie and say its on the way. i shouldve just ordered from Romans pizza because adleast they always deliver and they call when there's any problems with the order.

I ordered and payed, more than an hour later it got delivered, even after I canceled the order. Better to phone and pay at delivery. Bought food from another place, got delivered and was eaten, then the pizza arrived, ice cold. No refund given, we did not eat the pizza. Basically paid for nothing, do not use this app. When they have your money, the call centre won't call you back when you check in on the E.T.A. Learned my lesson
