There should be a possibility to remove old card and add a new one. But the process is to delete whole and create a new one!! Nonsense.

Slow app, switching between facilities resets map view and zoom level making you lose the context of where you are, back navigation poorly handled, loading of facility details and images not working sometimes, slow loading of list of facilities, no plastic and virtual cards allowed at the same time due to "security reasons" (while banks, for example, have no problems with this)... You guys could have done it waaaaay better

Practically impossible to switch between s. As a working student I have Student Multisport and Work one. So when I switched jobs and wanted to switch to my student multisport I had pop ups to set up new even if I had this and just needed to activate it on the phone. After several unsuccessful tries it wrote that my does not accept more devices, but all the time I was g in from 1 device. Very poorly handled backend, guys;(

The filter of activities is defunct. Most of the activities are nonsense like buy extra credit for 20 eur and then you can use the card.

ing the app and activating my virtual card was pretty much straightforward. From reading the comments below, I wasn't aware that the on-line card deactivated the physical one. I guess this should have been s clear and visible disclaimer before proceeding. Otherwise a simple app to store the card details and searching for venues, which is sufficient as a first version of the app. More stars will ensue once more functionalities are added

My family paid a long ticket for a aqua - park, and by using our ticket, I would use this app to do this, however, for some stupid reason, I wasn't able to do this. I got the multisport card from Poland, and when at start, it tells me to select a country from where I got the card ( We got it from Poland ), however, the option for Poland wasn't there? So I chose my native country, and when logging in, it didn't work out. I JUST WANT TO USE THE LONG TICKET TO GO TO AN AQUA-PARK GODDAMIT!?!?

Awful experience with the app - problematic , not working authentication guards, the mechanism for validating face pic is super frustrating, after setup the card the system don't let me use my card and ask me to start the setup from the beginning.
