Welcome to Nar’aakom app. The new app by Primary Health Care Corporation.

Nar’aakom app allows people in Qatar to benefit from many of PHCC's digital services from their smartphones.

With Nar’aakom, you can view your health card information such as your health card number and see when it expires, view your assigned health center, and view your assigned family physician from PHCC. Through this app you can also view the appointments for you and your dependents.

You can also request any of the following available services:
- Apply for Health Card – allows you to apply for yourself or your dependents
and get a health card to receive health care at one of PHCC’s health centers
located across Qatar.
- Change My Health Center – allows you to request to change your currently
assigned health center to another one.
- Change My Family Physician – allows you to request to change your
currently assigned family physician.
- Request for appointment – allows you to request for new appointment with
our PHCC health centers.
- Add dependent – allows you add dependents to your to be
able to request any of the above services on their behalf.
- Renew your health card – allows you to navigate to Hukoomi’s website to
renew your health card online.

Nar'aakom s English and Arabic language. Within the app, you can switch between these languages.

Not able to apply for my health card. After document , Apply button turns grey and unclickable. Today tried my luck again and surprisingly now I can not even to my as it is showing some error code. Have been trying to find out the email id of the team to share my issues in detail with screenshot. Pls help. This is such an important e-service app. Better management is expected.

Dear , There is option in the app to add the beneficiary details..Inorder to add i was trying to add the my qatar id, beneficiary qatar ids as well in jpg format.After submitting all the details it is not showing any output. As it seems there is bug in the app which is not showing even the error message to the end .

through National system works perfectly then this app hangs. Previously worked OK, did the usual, delete, reinstall, remove cookies etc. Poor development and follow on Previous requests have disappeared. No family physician assigned, no health centre assigned. Attempt to with a health centre/physician and informed cannot as already done - no data present. Select language, after selection app bounces to front screen. Select comms channel causes language to be deselected.

I try to apply for a health card. I provided all required details and ed the required documents as well. But in the final stage when I clicked apply, I am getting some blank dialog box containing only 'ok'. Nothing is mentioned, and I couldn't go forward with the application. Expecting a solution at the earliest.

Apps it is not working. Keeps asking me language options and on it doesn't submit requests that were send for correction. The and button not working either is sending to a broken link. V1.7.7 Make a website version

I can't seem to for the past 3 days - have been trying every few hours yet getting the same error message "The app is currently under maintenance as we are experiencing temporary network issues, please try again after sometime". I've deleted and reinstalled the app yet same issue.
