The app is very slow, and the tabs take forever to load, as well as only being able to 1 picture to your profile at a time amd half the time it just freezes up and if you hit more then once it'll everytime you click it but there's no indication it's working there also seems to a limit on pictures but they don't say that just had to figure out why my pictures weren't ing.

I've been using angi for a long time now with my company. Up until the last couple months it's been tolerable, but with the price we pay for our service, the apps do not function well. It's a shame because I'm missing out on my own leads and losing money myself during this time. Haven't been able to open this app specifically since the first week of October. Absolutely infuriating.

seriously, garbage app. never get notifications when clients reply to my messages. there's also a small red dot next to the "message" button that pops up when new messages are received and 90% of the time the red dot will remain on screen even if there isn't a new message. after updating my phone now I can't even message clients! the on screen keyboard on my phone blocks the text field!? so I can't even see what I'm typing! I pay hundreds of dollars for your service but can't use ur app?!

Absolutely Horrible App that is now broken with the latest One UI update as I cannot access the text bar to type without hiding the navigation buttons on my device's settings. I will not change how I want to use my phone for this terrible app. It is allways slow and frequently fails to load messages when you are on a time crunch. Use the website. They will likely not fix this like all the other issues.

works only 1/4 of the time. has issues loading each screen and always says "Something went wrong- This page could use some help".... so yall spend damn near $6k/yr on some jankey working product?!?!..... Seriously.... C'mon.. was told to try again after a couple days after talking with customer service. " the gentleman i spoke with was absolutely amazing!!!!". However, on the tech side, still don't work and am losing business.... wish I could get a discount or something for the loss of money.

The app is broken with the New Samsung UI update. The text bar for messaging won't move from behind the navigation bar. You can't message unless you switch to swipe navigation. Then the Text bar stays behind the keyboard so you can't see what you're writing unless you exit the keyboard.

The messaging client stopped working the messages are at the verry bottom of the screen so low I can't send any messages. Horrible Application design there are absolutely no settings or anything. I will be canceling my if I do not get a reply by a customer service technician to resolve this problem.

It is bad enough that the leads are so expensive but now you can't even use the app. I have to reset the each time I open it. It is also impossible to get to be able to go out to bid a job because you have 4 other people that are also going. I'm about to delete the app altogether.
