The potential customers are not screened well enough. Most are unaware that we are charged for the lead. Most are just surfing. Customer service is horrible. They only want your money and give every excuse not to credit you for leads. I have tried ing leads multiple times and not been able to reach them. I got no credit. I'm thinking I need to try a different service.

Very bad design and intended to minimize your options to control your leads. Allows you to close your leads for only 48 hours. And if you call, weekends they are closed. Besides the fact I cannot from this app since update. and name is incorrect...but I xan sign in perfectly from the pc with same credentials... Great, new update doesn't allow you to access lead center.

Been with HomeAdvisor since 2004. Angi took over... Horrible lead to rate! 'Customer' very rarely actually answers the calls, messages, or emails after a lead has been paid for. You don't get to choose the lead you get charged for. For every 5 leads (costing up front +$100), I get ONE potential customer to reply to my calls. Customer service on Angi's end is horrible, and there isn't enuff room here to list all the problems.

It's ok you occasionally get decent jobs but people are picky and you get charged for the lead no matter what so if your only issue is you cannot communicate with the customer for language barrier and you end up losing that job because you don't speak Spanish or whatever your still going to pay for the lead. Also the amount they charge for the leads and how they decide that needs to be changed! Aside from that I like the app and I do get good jobs.

I don't like the calendar not having weekend schedule, that's when I'm at my busiest. You should also be able to write you're own excuse as to why you can't get to the phone or when you pause your leads. Other than that, this is a great app so for. Have an awesome rep team. My rep is super fast at getting back with me about anything, and it's great how she did a great job throughout the whole process even as far as to call just to check in. 😀 (you know who you are.. uh um, coughs while saying jess under his breath) lol.. They will take care of any concerns or questions about your . I've just started using the app. So far so good got a couple leads only 2 days after starting with HomeAdvisor. Maybe add a 1 click button to turn off services?

occasional glitches with app that can be annoying. sometimes get phone call that identifies HA and states they have a homeowner who wants to be connected on the line - then it hangs up. No info in dashboard to follow up with. popup asking if I spoke with homeowner (y/n) comes up before I've completed dialing and over the extension I am supposed to dial.

They will steal your money friends... I've got an paid for the year it was like 280.00 or something. Not cheap. I bought this in the beginning of the mowing season.. So my plan was to use them for fall clean up and the start of next season. Well I guess they don't like that plan, because I started getting billed for leads that I never authorized. Random 102.78 bill not cool, neither is telling me ill get a refund and a lead credit, only to find out that too was BS. Garbage.

Its cost a lot of money for a poor service. They charge you for every lead even when you are not able to the person that submitted the lead. Sometimes I can't reach potential clients through Angie's phone service, and it has a bad delay when I do (they also don't give you the customers phone number so that you can directly call them), I can't add notes to any of the leads (there's a button but it says it can't save and to "try again later").
