Response: 11/12/24 I'm following a lot of channels. It's not feasible that I unfollow and follow every single channel. This is clearly an asinine solution. There's always been problems with the push notifications for years now. Fix the push notifications once and for all. 11/9/24 Once again the push notifications have stopped working on my Z Fold 6 for the past month.

I came here to check if there is an update to this present upgrade as the experience has really been terrible and frustrating. This used to be a simple app when it started with great UI/UX but right now, it is not. I understand the s have increased significantly over the years, irrespective, make the app simple and stop over complicating as these interfere with the UX.

I've been enjoying this app before now, but right now i can't even access the app and i have important meetings to attend. I checked and it's not my phone, please fix this issue on your end. It's been loading for hours. I've deleted the app and installed again and it's the same issue. I can't find customer care that's why I'm dropping this here.

The quality of the app has declined so badly, the app interface is not friendly, lags too much. Please work on it, there's a reason s jumped on the platform, the essence of it is getting lost

I used to enjoy using this app before but recently it has been a hellish experience for me. I don't even know how to explain it, but whatever upgrade was done to this app in recent time should please be undone. I can't properly enjoy listening to a broadcast because I don't hear 90% of what's being said. This wasn't how this app was as at last month. The change came this October, please do something.

You guys seems to be really tired of doing business. I wouldn't let my business drag the way this app drags. I couldn't believe this is thesame mixlr I use back then, you guys should fix the app or downgrade it to what it used to work like at first. It's damn slow and. You are only getting one star because there is no 0, I would be glad to give you guys 0.

Not stable. The interface is so confusing. It keeps logging me out. It is now a terrible app. Used to be good, but became terrible after the the new interface. It's now tiring. Whoops.

I came here to confirm my suspicion. The experience has been extremely terribly after this upgrade. The upgrade is meant to have made it more enjoyable, but na. Beautiful interface, but so confusing and energy draining. Seeing people complain about all the things I'm also experiencing also confirms it. Make this new upgrade better with buttons very visible for people to navigate easily. It's just tiring to keep going round and round trying to figure the app out. It's a 1 star for me.
